How to View Tickets

How to View Tickets

  1. Sign In to Help Center.

  2. Go to "My Area".




  3. Find the ticket through the following:
    - By sorting through Status
    - By sorting through who created the ticket
    - By sorting through Departments
    - By searching through keywords

  4. Once the ticket has been identified, the current status/resolution of the issue can be seen on the top most section.
